I’m Hayley Adamski, founder of Hayley Adamski International and creator of Built to Thrive.
I help women coaches, consultants, creatives, and practitioners turn their expertise and body of work into clear, profitable businesses built for wealth, freedom and legacy.
Before build this brand, I spent 15+ years leading strategy, operations, people, finance, and systems in mission-driven organizations as well as founding 3 mission-driven businesses and providing executive coaching and small business consulting.
That background shapes how I support women now — with strategic clarity, clean structure, honest reflection and body-first capacity, and a deep belief that your business can make real money without costing you the magic.
